Terms applicable to the Tapotons premium subscription

1. Purpose

These terms of sale define the contractual relationship between the customer and Thomas Feutren, operator of Tapotons.

The premium subscription provides access to advanced learning content, exclusive exercises, and early features.

Premium is billed at $5 per month and renews automatically every 30 days unless canceled.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited.

Premium access starts immediately after payment; therefore, where applicable, withdrawal rights may be waived according to local law.

Customers must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and use the service lawfully.

Tapotons may suspend or terminate premium access in case of abuse, fraudulent payment, or breach of these terms.

Tapotons makes reasonable efforts to provide a reliable service but cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.

Tapotons may change features, content, or pricing with prior notice for substantial changes.

Personal data for subscription management is processed according to the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law.
